I was refering to you. I can speak English quite well, how about you? Your signature claims to say the lowest explorer. I call bull$hit. I wanna see pictures if you've got the lowest explorer... So, how much of a body drop have you done on your X? I know it has to be a pretty hardcore one to be concidered the lowest known X....I must say, this could be impressive. You running air, or juce...and what kind of setup is it (not brand, I want the specifics). I'm dying to see some pics of this "lowest known X," but I want you to tell me all about it in the meantime

I am looking foward to seeing some pics of this, and I really do hope you're telling the truth...but you can understand the current state of disbelief can't you. (these questions are meant in the nicest possible way, I really do want to know this stuff. Oh, and I was the one wanting to know about the setup)

So you're putting juice on it, just curious as to what size cylenders you are using and what kind of frame work you have done. What kind of dumps, lines, noids, batts are you running, and will you only have front back as the truck is body dropped? I ask this b/c we all know that throwing a side with a body drop can be harmful to the health of your rockers Are you running a 3-4 link in the rear, or mono leaf, and if it is a 4 link is it triangulated or parallel (3 link includes a cantaleaver (sp) styled steup)? I'm guessing sence you went to all the trouble of cuting the floor for the body drop (btw, 4.5 will be pretty nice on an X, I have seen one other that had a 4 or 5 on it...super clean) you probably went ahead and stepped the frame a little and built a "tub" in the rear for it. Did you drop the rear bumper when you did the B/D or did you use a roll pan. I hope you will take time to answer these questions as I really am just curious, and quite intregued by your ride...that and I like to get proven wrong on stuff like this

Seriously, with air suspension or hyraulics you can make the thing touch the ground. Why is that so hard to believe.

This is not intended to be un-civil, it's just really hard now days to earn a title like he is claiming. I think even Loxplorer would agree with me on that. If he is as low as he sais he has put a HELL of alot of work into it. I am trying to find out as much as posible about what he as done, and what he plans to do in the future. When you hear someone claim that they have the highest X in the world, or that they built an "indestructable" suspension, or transfercase, or what ever do you just believe them right away??? Not likely. Sorry if this thread seems like we are bashing loxplorer, we are not. Just trying to get as much info as possible.

Going low is a finite thing... You can only go until you touch the ground and I have seen LOTS of trucks set up to do just that.

Going high is infinite. Someone can always do something to make their truck taller than the next guys.

Now days it's not a question of if your truck is touching the ground...it's how MUCH of your truck is touching the ground. People are crazy in the new age of body mods. The only limit on a body drop now is the roof. I must say that I have seen some that are just ugly, but they are still in contingent to get the "lowest" title.

I could come up with alot more, and alot crazier ones, but I think you get the idea. Alot goes into these trucks, just like the lifted suspensions. Bragging rights are bragging rights. I think I have said enough now, so I'll stop

alright...lets start with the juice. 2 pump 4 dump(delta dumps) no need 4 "candlesticks" cuz i aint hoppin.10" cylinders on all 4 corners. i have #6 fittings to the front and #8 to the back. i'll be runnin 4 batteries which will b plenty. setup for f,b,s,s and pancake. 4 link...triangulated. with bottoms runnin forward and rears / \ like so. i stepped the frame...notched it better yet a huge 7" xtra clearance. ya know..plenty of unobstructed axle movement. i made it Xtra large cuz i am gonna run coils over (around) my cylinders. no bumpers here, although i need 2 find a shop 2 build a pan 4 me cuz there r none made 4 X's.

ya c...i wouldnt say i had the lowest unless i was pretty sure i was. never have i seen a bodydropped X. sure ive seen a few lowered, but come on...i'm 6'1" and the roof is below my shoulders. please prove me wrong with a pic of one. i heard theres someone bodydroppin an X but they put on a new front suspension and a 4runner front end. dont ask cuz i dont know...jus heard it through the grapevine. i also say mines the lowest cuz it sits rocker on stock 15's. no 205/50 series here...but 225/70. That equates to a 245/35/20. now if you have a bodydropped X, are u tuckin 20's AND layin body??? i havent seen one yet....well either have yall...but u will. lata
