Bad fuel cap, fuel cap not on all the way. Google search it and go to engine-codes.com for more info.

Just fixed my 441 on my 02 by carefully removing the fuel filler neck trying not to break the tube where it attaches to the hose. Put the cap on when it's out. Cover vent line and blow into & suck on the open end. There should be no flow either way. Usually they rust at area where threads of cap transition to metal tube. Got an exact replacement from junk yard for $10 and code stayed cleared. Had same issue with two other cars.
