4wd works great but 4x4 lights dont work

Hey guys whats up? anyway i have a 98 explorer XLT 4x4 4.0 OHV. my 4wd works great 4hi and 4low and all that, but my dash lights for 4wd dont work, nether does my "brake" light for the E-brake, idk if its just bulbs or a fuse or what, im hoping its a fuse but im new to ford explorers so yeah, anything helps

Do any of them light up when you turn the key? (Or is it just the warning lights? That come on when the key is turned on?)

My guess would be you might have some bad bulbs, but I havent heard of the smaller indicator bulbs going out.

X2 on the bulbs... use the "all lights on at key on" to determine the bad ones, pull the panel (lots of posts) and replace appropriately. On the outside possibility, broken wire or ground but not likely.... of course those can be checked with a meter once you access the panel.

yeah none of the lights come on when i turn the key, bad bulbs then id say
