I have a 2002 Explorer. 4x4 high is not engaging with push on the fly or stopped. Had it scanned and gave a code of P1806: short from 4 high indicator to positive on battery. Tried to run self test and would not run goes to menu on scanner. Goes into 4 low when in neautral and brake pressed. Will not come out of 4 low by going into neutral and brake pressed. You have to go into park and shut truck off, then start it up and press 4 high and it will disengage. Could I have a bad 4x4 control module. I have checked all fuses and they are good.
