4x4 Lowering....

I am looking to find out what is out there as far as 4x4 lowring kits. I have a 1993 XLT that I am really thinking about lowering.
Who out there has lowered a 4x4? Any and all info is greatly appreciated.

Bill, Go to the Q&A section at www.explorerexpress.com about lowering ect.
You can do it but it sounds as though your ride quality will suffer.

Chassis Tech makes a 3 inch lowering I-Beam for 2 wd. You can use it on a 4wd but 4wd will not work because removal of front dif.

haven't looked very deep in2 this, so i'm asking. wut about the eibach lowering kit 4 the front. i know its 4 2wd but could it be done on a 4wd? or could coilovers be fabbed in a local shop somewhere 4 a 4wd?
