4x4 module

Thanks to all for the info. Does anyone know if the 4x4 control module is interchangeable with MYs 2002-2005? I'm thinking of going to the "U Pull Em" junk yard. If I can find a module with the latest update I think it's worth the $20.00 gamble.

Always worth a check, some junk yards if part don't work they will give you credit, they at least should let you trade it again if that one don't work, you did pay money to buy something that worked... never know unless you ask, but here lately junkyards I see have been scoring high on parts... charging about half on what they cost new...

The 2002 / 2003 are different than the 2004 / 2005. Try and get the module out of an 04/05 and you will find nothing, as it was integrated into the PCM. If you are looking for one, try and stay away from 02s, as they seems to be the most problematic. If you can look at the sticker inside the driver's door to see date of manufacture. The later, the better.
