Hi, here when the snow come I noticed an transmission noise when I go with the 4X4 connected, othervise there is no sound.

Though this is my first Explorer ( an -94) I do not have any idea if this is normal or not.

If there is unnormal, what do to?

So I will be really glad to recive some information about it.

Tough there is just an "transmission sound" I´ll guess that there seems like normal.

Oupps,, forget to ask you: In the instructin manual there seems like you not should go faster than about 45 mph with the four weel drive working.
Do you know if there is just an recommendation or an "must"?

During hard winterroads there is an need to go 4x4 faster than 45 mph.

You probably shouldn't shift on the fly into 4x4 going over 45, but you can drive faster once in 4x4 (except 4-Low - 45 in 4-Low would probably be a bad thing). If the road surface is solid, you should not be using the 4x4. Only use it on snow covered roads or loose dirt/gravel. Using it on hard pack will not allow the wheels to slip, especially when turning, causing windup of the drivetrain and some very nasty noises when the tires do let go ( loud clunking and popping noises). Hope this helps.
