Hello everyone. I was out playing in the snow Saturday, that's right SNOW, and it took a long time for the 4X4 HI to kick in. At the time it was -6C or 22F, and I know it may take longer in the cold but I pressed the button 4 times before I got any result. This was all at a dead stop or an idle crawl. I even tried holding the button for a few seconds but it didn't change anything. I went out twice that day and it was the same both times. Is there something that might be crying for lube, something going or is it normal at that temp? Once it worked, it was a lot of fun. :D

Your T/C shift motor may need to be cleaned. Instructions can be found on the Singleton maintenance site.
