5.0 Exhaust options

I am looking at the magna flow cat back exhaust system for my '97 5.0 Explorer. I was told it is the only one which is a true dual aftermarket exhaust from the cat back instead of doing a 2 into 1 right after the catalytic converter.
Does anyone have any commentary, recommendations for other brands or links to some independent performance comparisons of the different exhaust systems available?

I had a custom Magnaflow cat-back and it was awesome. I'm about to get another one done. I wasn't aware that they made a cat-back kit though. Can't go wrong with Maganflow.

i like my magnaflow- there is no reason it has to be true duals though. I use a dual in dual out 2.5" in and out magnaflow muffler and it sounds and performs great. putting two mufflers under the truck instead of one of those makes no difference

Is this the exhaust that exits on the passenger rear? If it is, can you give me a part number and where I can get it? Does it sound good? Sorry about all the questions. thank you.

Can you guys tell us more about which Magnaflow mufflers you used? I pulled out the Flowmaster 50 series I had and replaced it with a Magnaflow #12388 (24" case, (2) 2 1/4" in, (1) 3" out), and it drones BIG TIME, way worse than the Flowmaster. But I've got Magnaflows on my '97 Cobra, and they sound great. What works on the Explorer?

Can anyone comment on the Mac Performance cat-back system for the 5.0? It has a dual-inlet, single outlet muffler like the stock one, then a 3" tailpipe with a chrome tip.
