Any "P" heads require special headers made for the "P" heads. The spark plugs are angled differently and all normal headers should have plug wire clearance issues.
There are special "P" headers made for Mustangs, and obviously the 95-01 Explorers because they were OEM parts. Good luck on headers for other vehicles, I would look at Mustang headers or normal heads.
