OK, after reading info here, realized E303 cam and 1.6RR will only add marginal gains. Going to put on headers, flash the chip (bamachiips) what else should i do? Has anyone tried the intake spacer? What about switching injectors to 24lb? All suggestions appreciated

If you want to make power and stay N/A.. you have to change out your HCI.

Air intake, chip, headers, etc will only get you so far. Swapping injectors won't do anything benefical. Boomin has an intake spacer and he is far from being fast.

Air cleaner and inlet pipe, not intake manifold.

Hunt for some used street aluminum heads, like the Twisted Wedge heads. If you don't have $2000 to $4000 for engine parts, try to get just some nice heads, cam, and the exhaust work. You would do well to get that for under $2000. Good luck,

Yes, thats my plan. Goin to make custom intake out of straigh tubing to a K&N clamp on filter. Put better plugs and wires in. Headers and custom exhaust system (true dual 2 1/2). Probably going to ditch the ran and run underdrive kit. Anyone seem fords aluminum gt40 performance head? Claims 40 hp stock over iron gt40 heads

Yeah only reason its not fast is it is parked in the driveway. I got 24lb injectors in my garage. Between a cam, bigger injectors and headers you NEED a chip.

If I drove it it would be fast.

Heads, Cam, Intake.. as in lower/upper intake manifold.

Not, TFS heads, x-cam, and a k&n filter.

Get a set of AFR 165's (185's if you got plans for the future)

A Trickflow cam with about .500" lift intake, .510" lift exhaust

On the intake, port the hell out of it or pick up a Holley Systemax or a Trickflow track heat intake like X-Box has.

Yeah. Pull the front shaft and use the e-brake whenever parked while it's out.

injectors are a mistake

unless you are going way beyond the mods we are talking about here (ie- major power adders and these mods) . any competent tuner can use the stock injectors.
