5.0 rear suspension

I have a 2000 ford explorer 5.0 awd has the bars which are anti-windup bars so called in the book, and the axle dampner you are refering to as a shoock at an angle from frame to axle if that helps mine has both of them

I thought that all the 5.0L require those due to the high torque that can warp the leafs. My 5.0L AWD:
