5.0 Swap Question...

What all would be required to drop one in a 98 sport? Have any of you done it? How difficult was the job?

I know in a 2door sport the gas tank is small enough already, should a bigger fuel cell be used to save trips to the pump?

to do the swap the best thing to do is buy a role over truck the same year as your truck with a v8 and do the complete drive train swap and harness swap. you do not need to change the tank or pump as they should be the same.

I was looking into doing the same i know where a 2000 rolled limited x is in Starkville, Mississippi with a 5.0. I believe it is pretty cheap.
