5.2L Grand Cherokee Swap in 92 Explorer 2 Dr w/5Spd Manual Possible

So I've seen and lurked plenty of first gen v8 swap threads but I had an interesting/dumb idea. I managed to get my hands on a 5.2L V8 from a Grand Cherokee that I've yet to take a good look into the internals but know for a fact it runs well, and wondering how much of a pain/fun time it would be to try and swap it into my 92? Would it be feasible? I know I'll need a new trans, motor mounts, etc. but would it be better for me to hold off until a 302 comes around? Parts cars are hard to come by in alaska lol

You're asking a site full of ford fans if it's OK to sin. The 318 is a little wider than the 302, with some work, it could fit. What transmission are you thinking about? Is it 4 wheel drive?
