well, 5% does look amazing at it keeps your car very cool, but dont expect to be able to see anything unless its mid day and sunny. honestly, in my pizza delivering days i had a hard time seeing addresses with 20%. it will also take a while to get used to driving with a car that dark. ok try this, put each of your thumbs at the outer edge of your eyebrows, then hold your hands straight out in front of your face. see what i mean? ughh! thats soo annoying! its up to you man, i honestly recommend the 20% or 18%. i went with the 20% to match my factory tint in the rear.

Do they make 10% tint? the reason I was wanting it so dark is that I have two verry expensive 15 inch speakers in the back and wanted the vandals not to be able to see into the back. Thanks for the advice.

Just think how expensive it'll be when you can't see out your rear view mirror and oops, you hit that Lexus behind you. Besides vandals will be just as tempted if not more because they too know that the dark tint could be hiding something, especially with the guys that have that big KICKER sticker on their window lol!:D I would opt for an alarm or something if their that expensive.

don't forget to check your local tint laws...i would hate to see you pay all that money for a nice tint job, only to have an officer with a light meter make you take it off right there on the side of the road. i've had that happen to a friend of mine in houston! he was none too happy about that!

My friend went with 5% yesterday and he really hates it he can't see a damn thing. So I'm gonna go with the 10%. the tint job is only 100 bucks. I love connections. My dad is a retired police officer and is friends with quite a bit of active cops and they say most cops don't even bother if you roll the windows down and turn the lights on at knight if you do get pulled over. THanks for the advice.
