My uncle has been doing body work for about 30 years and hes going to show me how to do some simple stuff so ill post some how to's on that. This explorer is pretty much the most exciting thing ever.
I've NEVER seen one stretched that bad. The only RBVs we've owned (A dozen'ish) that needed it was my B2, all the others still get full throttle on the original cable.

After scootin' around town I can affirm that there is a big difference, especially past 5k RPMs. I only put one large zip-tie on though, I can't imagine fitting another one on with how cramped it is down there.

went out today and checked it used a ice scraper to hold down the pedal. Had to check the ice scraper to make sure it didn't fall or move that's how bad the cable was. It was stretched a lot it was as bad as yours two large zip ties. dropped my 0-60 from 7.85 to 7.12. Thanks
No just messes up my foot position, took a bit to get used to, but it was the same on my 96 EB I did this to. If i recall correctly, that one took two zip ties to fix.
