5R55W dilema

My 02 Exploder had the broken band/ servo piston problem (3rd gear), I drove it for a while using the remaining gears, one day it stopped shifting automatically and slipping in reverse, so I pulled it did clutches,bands,reman solenoid pack and sonnax shift improver. Now I put it back in and still no power in reverse and it only has 1,2,3 manual shift no engage in D position

So I finally had time and weather to pull the unit back out, found a broken o.d. sprag put in a new one , about $20, and it runs like a watch
