5r55w trans rebuild problems

i just rebuilt the trans in my explorer,all new clutches,torque convertor,had servo bushings installed new o/d planetary assy,front pump valve ,i took apart valve body and cleaned with the sonnax brushes,replaced the tcc modulator sleeve and plunger assy with the sonnax increased ratio,#56947j-03k.after the test run it got a code of p1714 had it erased ,it stayed off until i drove it hard wot.also when it shifts from 1-2 the engine falls on its face,looses about 1000 rpms,like its in two gears but only in wot, if you baby it it shifts good,it also does this from 2-3 .if you shift it manualy it shifts great.could this be the vb or solonoid.

this is just here say, but i heard that the 1-2 upshift is intentionally programmed like it is to chop the throttle because ford knew that the 5r55e trans was and is a weak piece..
