5RR55E to M5R1 exchaange

Anyone who has done/helped with this swap. Do you remember how long it took ( roughly ) A friend who will be helping me estimates 3 or 4 days (!!!!). I'm thinking one long day should do it. What say the experts ? All help appreciated Brian

Are you changing the wiring and the computer to match the standard trans? I can't find it right now but someone on this forum did the swap to standard and he was months getting the wiring and computer to work so that the engine would run right. When your auto computer no longer sees the 5R55E it will go into limp mode, some reduce engine power in this mode. Search the forum.
