So I've looked around the thread and found things that might help, but I decided to post to figure this issue out.
I drive a 1995 Explorer Eddie Bauer Limited Edition. I would really like to take out the 6-Disc changer and possibly hook up something to play a MP3 player through. I want a cheap and reasonable thing to do. I have no problems cutting wires since I was reading about people disconnecting the CD Changer and wiring RCA cables to the wires from it. Yet I have no idea where to start. I've also been trying to get the center console out so i could at least LOOK at it and I can't even get that. I even have a manual, but all it says is "press sides of the front panel unsnapping the retainer clips Yet I tried and nothing was unsnapping.
