my grey pleather rear seat in my 98 mountaineer is torn from the babyseat being used in it.

I found a 93 explorer with the grey pleather interior and the back seat looks pretty much identical from mine but I dont want to pay the money the yard wants for it only to find that they dont interchange.

do they??

I don't think sports and 4 doors are interchangable. Or I could be wrong

If both Trucks are 4drs then yes they will interchange.

I know it's not much, but the 91-94s don't "recline" if you're wanting that though.

So does that mean i could get a set out of a 95+ that does recline and install them into my 92? Not that i care about the backseat passengers or anything:D by the way, what is an "asshat"?

Yeah i thought so, Froader's just gitty form his new winch:confused:

but mine is a 92....what i got from froader is that 95+ has reclining seats in the rear..is that not true?

In my mom's old 95, the rear seats reclined about as much as a coach seat on a 727...(not very much), but they did recline. I thought it might have been in all 95+. :dunno:

ok thanks, good to know....still want to know what an asshat is i have a guess though Is it a Raiders hat?

good to know also.....done hijacking now:p:

My 2000 seats don't recline. But its and XLS.

the rear seats in my 98 mountaineer dont recline either as far as I can tell so it'll all be good.
