91 Exp. Where's the amp ?

I replacing the premium sound
in my 91 Exp. I got the power connector
pinouts, but the other connector doesn't
seem to go to the speakers. None of the
pairs read 8 ohms. There must be an amp
somewhere, but where ???

In the cargo compartment behind the large passenger side interior panel.

Yep, it's behind the wall on the passenger side. Right in front of where the little compartment is back there. It is kind of a pain to get to.
