91 Navajo-1 O2 sensor or 2?

'91-'92 will have only 1 (one) O2 sensor (unless a later engine has been put in). '93-on up have more than one.

Wierd. I havent looked, but the autozone guru said it needed 2. Guess i will find out tomorrow when i put it in!

The Autozone "guru" is just reading the information off of a computer screen. Unless he's personally familiar with a '91 Explorer/Ranger, don't trust everything his computer tells him.

Well, attempted to change the o2 sensor (only one as you said) but the sob wouldnt come off. Will have to go to someone next week and get it heated to remove.
