92 Explorer CEL, 113 KOEO code.....

Replaced MAF, O2 sensor, truck is properly tuned up, --engine runs slightly rough at idle. 113 code points to a bad IAT, but I can't find an IAT on
the 92. KOER codes are 113 and 998. Anyone have info on this?
