me and a friend just put a body lift on his explorer, 3" PA lift and 33" tires. we brought it out in a local pit and were running some puddles and climbing some hills...he was going threw some mud and puddles, than i climbed a hill and told him to follow...on the way up his car just stalled out and would not start again. the car cranks but does not start. battery seems fine. anyone have any ideas? does the ground for the fuel pump become tight after after the 3" lift? today im going to check if its getting spark, if it is than im going to guess its something that isnt letting it get enough gas. but til than does anyone have any ideas to try?

Listen for the fuel pump....have somebody put there ear near the gas tank, have the other person turn the key to the ON position. The fuel pump should come on for a couple seconds, then shut off. I fit does not, there is your problem......

Then check the inertia switch, power at the relay, and of course wiring harness at the pump itself.......especiallyl after a 3" body lift!!

check the gas?
