92' Mazda Navajo
Hey guys just bought a 92 mazda navajo and i got a couple questions i was hoping you could help me out with. I need to replace the ring gear and pinion. So I was wondering what gear ratios will work with this car, which ration you would recomend, approximatly how much the parts will cost, wear i can purchase them, and last how hard it would be to put them in myself.
Thanks for your help...lokin forward to reading the responses.

I only need to do the rear axel but if i am already doing that one i figure i might as well do the front as well depending on the cost. and i dont know which ratio to go with. i think its a 3.27 stock but if i am wheeling im probably gunna want something with a little power power to the wheels.... correct?

You need to do both axles at the same time or things will break if you ever put it in 4WD.

We need more info to recommend a gear ratio. What size tires are you going to run? Manual or auto transmission?

When I did mine I got my gears through 4 Wheel Parts.

its already gor 4.56 in the back that are fine i just ripped some teeth on the front set. and im runnin 35s
