Sounds like you might want to take a pressure gauge to it and see how the new FPR is behaving.

i have one bbut not the right adapter for that rail it fits my car with nitrous so what you think it might be a bad fpr and do you hear how it sounds wierd or can you not in the video

and what should i be looking for with the pressure

i will go to the store now for an adapter

i just bought one online so it will be here in a few days i didnt want to pay 60 bucks at the store

Key On Engine Off 35 - 45 psi
Key On Engine Running 30 - 40 psi

and if not with in those its what the fpr, fuel filter or fuel pump

If it's not within specification then it could be any of those.

If it's too low, weak pump or clogged filter.
It it's too high, pressure regulator.

it just shocks me it just happened out off no where i ran just fine a few days ago

If it just happened suddenly, it may be attributed to a change of some sort that you made around the same time that it started. That's not always the case, but it's something to think about.

Did you remove, replace, or add anything around the same time it started acting up?

i got the fpr and swapped it out and i noticed the igtition coil had a crack well i replaced IT and thats it i checked the new coil and its firing on all plugs and its an oem from the same year and the maf i got from the same year too but i didnt change that till all this started i really am stumped and i know a bit about cars but this ones got me i drove it around my yard and really does not have the power it use too and it back fires like crazy

Did you check to make sure you have the firing order correct?

1 4 2 5 3 6

The arrow in the image is pointing towards the front of the truck, so if you are looking at the coil pack and engine from the front, then the image will be reversed.

#1 on the coil will be the left side of the coil pack & closest to you. #2 is left side in the middle, and #3 is left side closest to the firewall. #5 is right side closest to you, #6 is right side middle, & #4 is right side closest to you.

As for the engine, cylinders #1 - #3 on the left, #1 in front #3 in back and cylinders #4 - #6 on the right, #4 in front #6 in back.

that did it i guess when i did it from your text before i got it wrong it runs like a champ thanks so much

Guess I should have posted the picture first. :)

Glad you got it fixed - maybe you can get your money back for the pressure gauge.
