94 2.3l 2wd manual transmission problems

i am new here and need some help. 5 months ago i had another transmission put in and right after i got it back all of the dope is pouring out. now 5th gear is making a noise. this is the second one that the dope is pouring out of. any ideas? thanks

What part of trans is leaking, when is it leaking, is it always leaking.?
If you know there is a leak,you need to keep it full of fluid or you will have gear problems.
