Start simple.

1) Have you checked the battery?

2) Battery connections (properly grounded)?

3) Clean the battery terminals and connections?

You may have to replace the battery cables. My previous pair was a sealed positive terminal connection that actually corroded on the inside, completely out of side (the connection was molded around the cable, so no way to see it). When I cut the cable, there was a solid ring of petina (copper oxidation) around the cable, so no connection was being made.

there is no need to start a new thread..

here is something to check, may require 2 people to do it.

disconnect battery (just + is fine, but both is ok too).

place one lead of an ohmmeter on the + battery cable
place other lead of ohmmeter on the inside of the push on terminal on the starter solenoid (on fender next to batt).
turn ign to start (with trans in neutral, or in park if auto, clutch depressed if manual).

you should get 0 ohms resistance in start.

if not, then a wire is broken, somewhere in the start circuit. which basically goes from batt+ to the ign switch, then to the neutral safety (or clutch) switch, then the solenoid.

you may need to get a service manual for it (real one, not chilton or haynes) to chase down the wires and connectors involved.

Thanks for the help, I've tested with the voltmeter and it stayed in the numbers did not drop to zero, only thing that I have not tested is Neutral safety switch is there a way to test it
Thanks again

Any advice?

Hey, could someone tell if it is possible to test the neutral safety switch, and where the anti theft unit is located. I can't seem to locate the problem with it not cranking over.
Plaese help
Thanks

What do I need to get a response, Have I not complied with the rules, if not please inform on what I need to do.
Thank you

means no one has a good answer.. I mean we could tell you b/s answers and have you running in circles for weeks. I do hate to see ppl repair by just throwing parts in it till it works. but if you think the it is the safty switch go to junk yard pick up a cheap replacement. they do fit in you're pocket so I think the rule is if you do buy one you are aloud to take a spare incase you did pick up a bad one the first time around.
