I just put in 75/90 weight mobil1 gear oil in the rear diff, I did not add a friction modifier at all, I have a 3.27 non limited slip rear end. I was wondering though after seeing some other posts, should I have put in that 75/150 weight oil in the rear? I will be doing some towing, a 3200lb gross weight trailer about 650 miles, I am not sure is that affects anything though.
I REALLY hope that I do not have to drain the rear diff and put in a heavier oil, but I will if I must.
