94 thumping?

I have a 94 explorer and latly I noticed a sort of "thumping" noise. It seems to be comming from the front drivers side under the floor board but my father-in-law noticed it in the back seat when I started to gain speed the other day. It seemed fine on a smooth road but when the road is a little bumpy I can really feel it. ANY ideas??

Bad radius arm bushing would be my guess.

What he said, especially since the sound is coming from under the floorboards.. Common issue.

I had it checked out and turnes out my lower ball joint is shot. Thanks for all the help everyone!
