Are you talking about running power cables? You should have RCAs on one side and power and turn on on the other side. When I put my systems in, I used driver's side for RCAs and passenger side for power cable and turn on. Depending on the gauge of the power cable you can run it under the panel that pops out where the door opens and behind the plastic panels one you get past that point. If you have a huge cable like I did (1/0 gauge), then IMO it is easier to run that outside of the truck, between the body and the frame, and then install a grommet in the trunk to bring it back up into the truck and connect to the amp.
