95 Explorer XLT + Electrical Issues

All of a sudden the other day the Radio, Courtesy Lights, and door chime quit working. I have checked all of the fuses for continuity and they was all good. Am at a lost.

Did you check to see if 12v is getting to the fuse?
There may be a relay controlled by the key switch that is bad and 12v would not get to the fuse.

I did not check for +12V at the fuses, I will test that tomorrow, thank you.
