96 Exploder wont Explod (start) Help!

ok here is my issue over the last 2 weeks my 96 Explorer wont start all the time it was kinda intermittent some times it would start others it wouldn't sometimes if you turned the key slow sometimes fast just being a pain.

so i thought my problem was the Ignition Switch so i pulled the dash apart and pulled out the old one and put in a new. and well needless to say no starting. so i then decided to pull out the Ignition key Cylinder and see if it was broken cracked or otherwise not right. everything looked good so i put it back in

the problem im having now is, now that the Cylinder is back in im getting no juice to the dash lights come on in the interior and under the hood but the dash wont come on and it seems that nothing is getting any juice and im stumped

Find any fuses that might be related to this?

i looked at all the fuses and everything seems to look fine

whats odd is before removing the Key Cylinder the power was fine it was after the removal and replacement that it stopped working.

Trace back because there has to be somekinda wire that came loose or disconnected..
