O.k. guys here's the problem. My mom has a 96 Exploder and from time to time it won't start. When you turn the key to the on position all the warning lights are suposed to light up and go off right? Well some times the check engine light won't come on and go off like it should, it won't even light up, this is when it won't start. When this happens you can hear that it's not sending power to the fuel pump. Any idea's on what it is. We've changed the ignition switch under the steering column. ??????? And yes we've had it hooked up to a diagnostic machine but it won't do it when it has been hooked up.
