96 explorer no spark??

96 explorer 4.0 no spark.changed the crank position sensor,used a known good coil pack,still nothing.checked all fusses.this thing is driving me nuts!!! any help out there??

primary voltage?

With the ignition on there should be battery voltage between the red/light green wire that goes to the coilpack and ground. If not, check fuse 19 (25 amps) in the interior fuse panel.
