96 ford explorer xlt 4x4 lighting problem

My explore has no power to the windows, interior lights, sunroof, parking lights, tail lights, and 4x4 light is flashing 6x every couple of minutes. Found no fuses blown but have a bunch that r not getting any power. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Did you check the fuses in the Main power distribution block under the hood.

Power to the interior fuse block comes from there.

Yes they seem fine but r not getting any power to them. Everything else works but what I said all happened at once. Door locks and seat work so don't think its fuse there.

Also have whole row dead in interior box was thinking relay but don't know which one.

Does any one know what all the acessory delay relay controls?

I am having a similar problem. I hear a clicking sound under the steering column and all those items will stop working, another click and they work again. I changed out the power assy relay but still nothing.

I read one of the relays above it accessory relay powers it if that helps
