97 2.3 t0 4L swap

newbie so please bear with me. I want to do a 97 2.3L to 4.0L swap. I'm getting smarter on this by the hour but would like any advice concerning electrical mods that I might have to make. I know the tranny has to be swaped, computer, engine harness, exhaust, radiator, MAF what I need to know is the electrical side of it. 1 -vs- 2 o2 sensors etc etc. I would really appreciate any or all help/advice/places to get info.

Thanks and I appreciate the help. I am sure as I am going along at this I will ask many more questions. Once I get it done I will be sure to throw my experiance down so someone else can benefit.
