Thanks for the Capacitor lead guys! I unplugged it and no-go.
I have no interior power issues. Power seats, windows, interior lights, Radio, etc. all work as they should.
I think I'm gonna go to U-Pull and grab a PCM. They're bout $12 here. I'll swap it and see what I get. i saw they have a half dozen with the right engine, but they have auto trannys. Not sure what I'll run into with that, but if the engine shows life at least I'll be onto something.
