97 crown vic stalls when warm

Hi there .
i have a problem that just started .
My ford crown vic starts easy when cold . but when warm stalls as I put in gear .
then it is hard to restart .

If I let it really warm up hot that takes a long time it does not stall so easily .

What else shall I check .

I have already checked for Vaccum leaks in the intake manifold but it seems OK

Welcome to this forum! Do you have a check engine light with a code? Did you check the resistance of the engine coolant temperature sensor when this issue occured? Does it have a gas smell like it's flooded?
