97 Explorer 4x4 Body armor?

I have a dent on the back quarter panel of my explorer. I rubbed a tree and broke the rear tail light. I replaced the tailight, and popped out the dent the best I could primed and painted to prevent rusting but I was wondering if there was any rear body armor panels I could order to cover up the damage and prevent further. Maybe diamond plate or just powder coated steel. Any suggestions? Thanks
