97 Mountaineer - lever difficult to get all the way into park

Here I thought it was in park but it wasnt quite there, hence my starting problem i posted about. The lever doesnt comfortably go into park - takes some work. The torx screws that tend to pop out under the column are both there and dont seem to be loose. Is there a way to adjust so that when moving the lever all the way up, it goes into park instead of "almost" into park. Been researching and all i find is the torx screw issue.

ahaaaa !!! I see there are two sets of the torx- 4 total and homie has only 3. Now I have to find the right size- is it safe to take other one out of the underneath set to size it, assuming they are the same as the two on the plate above?
