97 XLT Tire Size?

Hey all, wondering if anyone has any experience, good or bad, with changing out the stock size tires (235-75-15) to something a bit wider and taller like a 31x1.5x15?
I don't want to add a lift kit or anything, just gain some xtra clearance and stability.

i think u meant 10.50 or somthing around that

and yes that will be fine
if i rememebr i tihnk some one actaully said it will help you out, it will give it a better stance or somthing

so i say yea go ahead and switch
