98' eddie bauer 4x4 problem

First time to post with you guys I hope you can help. I have a 1998 Eddie Bauer with advance trac the problem is that the 4x4 is running in at high speeds I know that at 20mph and below you will always have 4x4 operation the problem is I have 4x4 operation at 45 and up to 70. Has anyone ad this problem before. Can anyone suggest anything to at least get me started

Ummmm....you should be able to put the vehicle in 4x4 High at any speed. Don't you have a switch on your dash that lets you select 4 Auto, 4 Hi, 4 Lo?
