98 eddie bauer on a 00 XLT?

hey I got a question for y'all... can the Running boards & Trim of a 98 Eddie Bauer Xplorer fit on a 00 XLT? are they all the same? let me know please! because I've been looking for these like crazy and I finally found some but I need to know if they'll fit. THANX!!!

No, the EB running boards won't fit. Well...they'll fit, but you also need the whole fender flare package from an EB because the running boards were designed to flow with the fender flares.

well yeah I mean they're selling like the running boards, fender flares and trim... will they all fit?

I believe so. Eddie Bauers have different front and rear fenders to facilitate the clips for the fender flares. Maybe you can drill holes to accommodate it?? It'd be pretty hard to do though.

I would recommend the Deflecta-Shield kit for the ones without fender flares. They look almost like the ones on EB's.
