just got it today and all seems well but wanted to know anything i should look out for with this model...never had an AWD truck before..kinda weird

i have the premium sound system, and in the center console where the 6 disc changer is i found a little connector, looks like a phone jack or sumthing like that..i have a antennae attached to the side window with cable coming inside the truck..but it all looks factory...

is there a wiring diagram for my sound system ? i am thinking about replacing the head unit but wanna keep the disc changer...and thinking about another sub in the back to replace the one in there...anyone have specs on a box that will fit in the side to replace the factory stuff...thinking about a 10"

thanks guys

#1 thing to be aware of: All tires MUST be/remain the same circumference. Vitally important to the health and wellbeing of your AWD system. As little as 1/4 inch difference in the circumference IS a BIG deal to the AWD system.
Rotate tires at every oil change, buy them in sets of at least 4, suggest going out and getting a good spare rim to match what you have on the truck and rotate 5 tires.
Your transfercase/front driveshaft/front differential will all thank you with a long life.

thank you, excellent advice...i wouldnt of thought about that....appreciate the help..

also one other thing...the a/c doesnt blow cold...i checked the clutch, it engages...the dryer on the firewall gets cold and sweats so i know its got freon...could the orfice tube be clogged ? both pipes off the dryer are cold and sweating...thanks

oh, and the vacuum operated valve to open the exchanger works aswell...i unplugged the vacuum and it opens fully, plug it in and it closes. or opens, however u describe it.

As far as your phone jack, it was a factory installed cellphone that was a piece of crap, from what I understand. Your missing nothing by not having it.
