Ok where to start oh it won't! 1st time it did this, it started up a couple hours later. This time it's a day later and still no fire.

1. I have fuel, when I press the shrader valve and turn the switch fuel rushed out
2. No spark and have replaced the coil and still nothing
3. Theft light turns off when the key is switched on.
4. I put a code reader on the truck and NO codes.

I found a thread with some trouble shooting things, but can't find it again. HELP!!!

Which engine? A no-spark condition occurs (among other ways, also) when the PCM (computer) is not getting information regarding crankshaft position. The source of this information varies by engine. It may be due to a failed crankshaft position sensor, or camshaft position sensor. imp

I found it. I found a thread with a picture of the CPS and tapped it, fired right up. Crappy part about the whole thing, the guy at Autozone told her if it was bad it would throw a code. Not true because it didn't throw a code. Oh well live and learn! Thanks for your reply imp.

Hey. my 1998 ford explorer won't crank..The theft light is flashing so I am locked out of it..had it pulled to dealer..dealer can;'t figure it out either..will not recognize "new" keys..They say it may be computer pcm or electronic ignition or faulty wiring?? Do you think I should just buy the pcm myself for starters?
