98 Ford explorer. Cranks but no start

Engine light is on. Code is for camshaft position sensor. Just replaced it and now no spark. Replaced sensor, idle air control valve, and head gaskets

Did you get the electrical connector connected? If so, then check if you have any spark at the sparkplugs.

What code did you get? The camshaft position sensor does not control ignition; the crankshaft sensor does.
