2000 explorer 4.0 v6 cranks but no start

Hello
I'm new to the forum, got 2000 Ford explorer v6 4.0
Car just stopped while driving, won't start,
Spark plugs are throwing spark, fuel pressure on the trail is 45-80 psi
I have replaced crank and camshaft sensors, checked fusses, relays everything looking good,
Eather way it has a spark strangely it won't start on starting fluid
I'm losing options with this one
Any advice would be appreciated

I have a similar problem with a 94 Explorer. Truck was running fine and then suddenly stopped dead. Has fuel pressure, spark, but just cranks, will not catch. I am beginning to think it is the engine computer, but searching for any other possibilities. How can I test for injector action?

A set of noid lights will test for injector pulse. That's about the only way I know to test injectors.
