99-01 Limited Seats in an EB

I did a few searches and didn't come up with much. The local pick and pull has a 99 Limited with the heated seats in it and I'd love to swap them into my 97. It seems like the plugs are different but I was wondering if anyone has done this swap and if they have if they'd be willing to share how they got power to the seats and how the wiring was different. Thanks.

Yes, the plugs are different, and you would have to wire in the power for the seat separately, I think that is a 30amp circuit with a maxi fuse, stock. I never got around to finishing the wiring in my 97 for the later model heated seats.

I made a jumper harness for the power seat tracks so that I could easily swap the stock seats back in (which I did). You also have to change out the seat belt buckle that is bolted to the seat for the one from your 97, but it should be a direct swap.
